The best way of ordering is to do so securely through our website. Additionally you can phone, fax or e-mail orders to –

If Phoning, faxing or emailing an order or query please disclose clearly your full details including name contact details and address and an appropriate time for a return call or correspondence (email).
Please refer to the products in question and state your query clearly and as detailed as possible as this will save time for our response and to ensure we have the appropriate person available to respond.

The easiest method of payment is using our credit card option through our website (128bit SSL secure). You can also use credit card over the phone or via fax or e-mail. Likewise Paypal can be used in all these ways. Head to the checkout section for directions on payment methods and procedures.

Delivery

Shipping Within Australia

NEW SHIPPING SPECIAL – for small items
Small parcels 0-500g (1 item) – $3.00 anywhere with in Australia
3-5 day delivery
Orders placed before 1pm EST will be sent next business day and will be delivered the following day or two in most capital cities and most regional centres. Other areas may take longer. WA TAS SA. (allow for 3-5 days max)

Most parcels cost $3 – $6.50, larger or bulkier items may be $11 – $15.00 (these bulky items are usually ie Cushions)- We use TNT Road Express or Fastway Couriers for this freight. Price is calculated during checkout.

Delivery is via Australia Post, Express Post or Courier and bulky items TNT Road Express/Fastway Couriers.

Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen the order is replaced at our expense once apporved by our office. Please contact head office for further instruction if this has taken place.

Outside Australia

Orders to outside Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery is typically 5-7 business days.
Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken (basic charge $5.75, plus $2.10 for every insured $100 or part thereof). Just note in the comments field if you would like insurance for your order.
Orders delivered outside are exempt from 10% GST. The order total will be re-calculated during checkout, once your delivery address is entered.

These rates are for parcels between 0-0.5kg. considered a small parcel. This does not include insurance.
